Online Consultation

Our online triage service allows patients to submit medical and administrative queries during the times listed below.

Your request will be reviewed and processed directly by our triaging admin team and GPs. If it is deemed urgent, our admin team will contact you to offer a same-day appointment. Please note that same-day appointments can only be provided within the same morning or afternoon the request is made, so ensure you are available to attend the practice if necessary.

Routine appointment requests will be responded to within 48 hours, though often on the same day. Our triaging GPs will assess the most appropriate appointment type and timeframe for your needs.
