On the advice of NHS England in the wake of the Covid-19 outbreak, all online appointments have been suspended. Whilst the majority of our appointments are still telephone consultations, some of them are now being conducted face-to-face, but you will be asked whether you have any Covid-19 symptoms when booking the appointment.

Due to the increase in telephone calls we are receiving, calls may not be answered as quickly. Please bear with us, your call will be answered as soon as possible. Many thanks for your patience.

Please note, we are still receiving phone calls for appointments unrelated to Covid-19. Pending triage by a doctor, you may be offered a face-to-face appointment and where possible, with the doctor of your choice.

Prescription Requests and Emails

As advised by NHS England, we will not be issuing more than the usual amount of medication, however please be assured that you will not be left without your medication should you need to self-isolate.

To avoid unnecessary contact with others, please request your prescription via email. Alternatively, we now have a table outside the surgery where you can write your request and pop it in the surgey's letter box. Please DO NOT come into the surgery to request a prescription. As before, prescription requests will take 48 hours.

If you have a fever, a new continuous cough, or loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste, please self-isolate and consult NHS 111 Online http://nhs.uk/coronavirus or telephone NHS 111. Please DO NOT attend the surgery or send an email. The emails are for administrative purposes such as requests for prescriptions, fit notes and medical reports. If you require medical advice, please contact Reception on 020 8347 3330.
